However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the services you have received or choose to cancel an on-going service that has not yet been fully delivered, we offer a refund policy as detailed below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered for clients who have not received the agreed-upon services, would like to cancel a service still in progress, or if the services received did not meet the expected quality standards. Please bear in mind that the definition of ‘Quality’ can be highly subjective at times but we will do our best to compare with industry standards and client prompts. In such cases, clients must inform us in writing within 14 days of the completion of the services, providing a detailed explanation of the issue.

The refund request will be reviewed and evaluated by our team, and a decision will be made within 30 days of the receipt of the request. If a refund is granted, the amount refunded will be limited to the amount paid for the services in question or the percentage of services not yet delivered.

Exclusions

Our refund policy does not cover the following cases:

  • Request for refund made after the 14-day period has expired
  • Request for a refund due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in market conditions, client’s business decisions, or other external factors.
